3. How to Enter:During the Sweepstakes Period each eligible entrant who visits https://cloud.email.sel.sony.com/SonyX2026StanleyCupFinalSweepstakes (“Website”) and completes and submits the online entry form with their first and last name, state of residence, zip code, and email address will receive one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Entry per person and email address. Entrants may opt-in to receive email marketing communications from Sponsor about products and services. Entrant may unsubscribe at any time. | 4. Random Drawing/Winner Notification:One (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected on or about May 14, 2026. Winner will be notified by email using the email address provided in the submitted online form. Potential prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return a “Declaration of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release" as well as a “Travel Release” form for themselves and their guest. In the event the potential winner does not accept the prize within three (3) days, sign and return relevant documents, or if the prize notification or prize is not deliverable, or the potential winner is ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner who will also be selected randomly from all remaining non-winning Entries, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. 5. Prize and Estimated Retail Value in US Dollars (“ERV”): One (1) grand prize winner will be selected by random drawing on May 14, 2026. The grand prize winner will receive a prize package consisting of: (i) two (2) tickets for one game of the 2026 Stanley Cup Final (ERV: $1,400.00), (ii) a trip for two (2) to one of the host cities of the Stanley Cup Final (city to be determined by Sponsor at their sole discretion), including round-trip coach airfare from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to host city to be selected by Sponsor, (iii) two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected by Sponsor, and (iv) one (1) $300.00 Visa® Gift Card for expenses. ERV of grand prize package: $5,000.00. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. Prize consists of only the items specifically listed. The Visa® Gift card is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and is subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by card issuer. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for inaccurate emails, lost, technical glitches or errors with regard to providing electronic ticket to winner. No other expenses including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals, gratuities, parking or other costs/expenses (collectively, “Expenses”) will be included in the prize. Expenses are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. All costs and Expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not described herein as being provided incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and winner’s guest. Winner’s guest must be at least 18 years old (19 if resident of AL, NE, 21 if MS). Winner will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses. The ERV of the prize may vary based on the commercial airport nearest winner’s permanent residence, as well as hotel fluctuations at the time of travel. No compensation will be provided to the winner or winner’s guest in the event the actual cost of travel is less than the ERV. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from prize winner’s or winner’s guest’s changes to itinerary or accommodations and prize winner is solely responsible for any and all charges incurred due to any such changes. Travel is subject to terms and conditions set forth in the Official Rules and those set forth by selected travel providers, availability and other material restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Once the guest is selected, the guest may not be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. Winner and guest must have all identification and other documents necessary for travel. In the event the Stanley Cup Final is held in Canada, winner and guest must each possess a valid passport that will remain valid for at least six (6) months after the intended date of return. It is solely the responsibility of the winner and guest to obtain and maintain any required travel documents, including passports, visas, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize, no additional compensation will be provided and Released Parties (as defined below) shall have no liability whatsoever. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, as required. No responsibility is assumed for cancellation of any events or travel beyond Sponsor’s control. Winner and guest agree to abide by directions/guidelines/rules of the event, including but not limited to those communicated by the transportation, hotel, venue, etc. In the event winner and/or guest do not comply with the foregoing, including regarding hotel, event venue, transportation providers, etc., directions/guidelines/rules/policies; and/or (ii) exhibit conduct deemed unacceptable including by Sponsor or third parties (in their sole discretion), winner and/or guest will be asked to leave, and must do so promptly and peacefully, at their sole cost and expense. Seat locations at the game will be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. All prizes in this Sweepstakes are nontransferable, nonredeemable for cash, and non-substitutable, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize or any component thereof with one of equal or greater value. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The date and time of Stanley Cup Final games are determined in the sole discretion of the NHL and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as the prize shall govern in the event that a legal game, as defined by NHL, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. The prize winner and their guest agree to comply with all applicable arena regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the NHL Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any prize winner or guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or exhibits any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game, event or exhibition. The Released Parties will not be responsible for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any game. The Stanley Cup Final game tickets awarded as a prize may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game ticket(s). Winner and winner’s guest must abide by all venue policies and event or game ticket terms and conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke the full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who Sponsor or venue personnel deem in its or their sole discretion may be intoxicated, be a safety or health risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or bring the Sponsor or the NHL Entities into disrepute. The ERV of the prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ERV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. The grand prize winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of their prize and is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of their respective prize winnings. Winner is solely responsible for filing all required tax returns and paying any required taxes pursuant to applicable law based on the value of the prize received. |

6. Conditions of Participation: Participants agree to release and hold Sponsor, Brandmovers, Inc., d/b/a The A Team, the National Hockey League (“NHL”), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V. and NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC (the foregoing NHL entities collectively, the “NHL Entities”), and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, employees, and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any companies who are promotional participants or prize providers, and Web masters and Web supplies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) harmless against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or for any printing, production, typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize. Except where legally prohibited, by accepting a prize, winner grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use winner’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. With regard to entrants, winners and participants in California, each agree that all rights granted under Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED. Section 1542 of the California Civil Code reads as follows: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY. |

7. Limitations on Liability:Released Parties are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, destroyed, inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unintelligible, non-delivered, misdirected, stolen Entries; or for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, satellite, telephone networks or lines, cellular towers or equipment (including handsets), computer online systems, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs, servers or providers, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or miscommunications, failed computer, telephone, cellular, satellite, or cable transmissions, lines or other technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical, electronic or network, including, without limitation, any errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Website, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified (and all associated entries will be void), and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant’s eligibility to participate in this or any other promotion offered by Sponsor. Entries generated by robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated means or by any means which subvert the entry process will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from the Website. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select a winner from all non-suspect, eligible entries received for such drawing prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Without limiting the release provided above, and for greater certainty, Released Parties will not be liable for (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by wireless device users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (c) any problems with or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; (d) any failure of any message to be received by or from Sponsor for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or wireless waves or at any Web site or combination thereof; or (e) damage to a participant’s or other person’s system or equipment occasioned by participation in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding prize claims or Entries received from multiple users having the same billing address, telephone number or email, the authorized subscriber of such email account used at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. Participant irrevocably waives all claims against the NHL Entities, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees, and agrees that the NHL Entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded. The NHL Entities have not offered or sponsored this Sweepstakes in any way. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Released Parties, and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Governing Law: Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflicts of law. All suits or claims brought in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in San Diego, California, subject to Rule 9. | |

9. Disputes: Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by Rule 8. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute. Should a dispute or claim arise related to this Sweepstakes (“Dispute”), entrant, participant and Sponsor agree that the Dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. ENTRANT AND PARTICIPANT UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, ENTRANT/PARTICIPANT IS GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO LITIGATE (OR PARTICIPATE IN LITIGATION AS A PARTY OR CLASS MEMBER) ANY DISPUTES IN COURT. ENTRANT/PARTICIPANT ALSO AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDING WILL ONLY CONSIDER ENTRANT’S/PARTICIPANT’S INDIVIDUAL CLAIMS, AND SPONSOR AND ENTRANT/PARTICIPANT AGREE NOT TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION. Arbitration Instructions. To begin arbitration, either entrant/participant or Sponsor must make a written demand to the other for arbitration. The arbitration will take place before a single arbitrator. The arbitration will be administered in keeping with the Expedited Procedures of the Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Proceedings for Consumer-Related disputes (“Rules”) of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), when applicable and in effect when the claim is filed. Entrant/participant may get a copy of AAA’s Rules by contacting AAA at (800) 778-7879 or visiting www.adr.org. The filing fees to begin and carry out arbitration will be shared between entrant and Sponsor, but in no event shall entrant fees ever exceed the amount allowable by the special rules for Consumers Disputes provided for by AAA, at which point Sponsor will cover all additional administrative fees and expenses. This does not prohibit the arbitrator from giving the winning party their fees, including reasonable outside attorney’s fees, and expenses of the arbitration when appropriate pursuant to the Rules. Unless entrant and Sponsor agree differently, the arbitration will take place in the county and state where entrant lives, and applicable U.S. federal or Delaware state law shall govern the substance of any Dispute during the arbitration. However, the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1, et seq., will govern the arbitration itself and not any state or other law on arbitration. The arbitrator’s decision will be binding and final, except for a limited right of appeal under the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act. Any judgments or awards shall be limited to actual incurred out-of-pocket expenses (excluding attorneys’ fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages. |
