1. ELIGIBILITY: The 2026 Sony Electronics BRAVIA Ghostbusters Ecto-1 Hunt Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of California who at the time of entry are at least eighteen (18+) years of age or older. Employees, officers, directors of Sony Electronics Inc. (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc., d/b/a The A Team (“Administrator”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising, promotion and production agencies any companies who are promotional participants or prize providers, Web masters and Web suppliers (and their respective immediate families, defined as spouse, parents, children, and siblings and persons living in their same household) are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is void in United States territories and where prohibited by law. |

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 7, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Entry Commencement”). Entries received prior to the Sweepstakes Entry Commencement will not be valid. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on June 7, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Entry Deadline”). Entries received after the Sweepstakes Entry Deadline will not be valid. |

3. HOW TO ENTER:
There is a limit of eighteen (18) total entries per person, nine (9) per social media and nine (9) per Mail-In. Entries submitted via Instagram and entries submitted via Mail-In are treated equally and carry identical odds of winning. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes, and time, for all purposes relevant to the Sweepstakes, is measured based on Eastern Time. Any attempts to enter more than the permitted number of times with multiple identities, Instagram accounts, email addresses, or by any other means, may result in disqualification. Entries using macro, robotic, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, incorrect entries or other Sweepstakes materials, all of which are void, or for errors due to computer malfunctions, software errors, transmission problems or interruptions in operations. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry or associated with the social media account used to post the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address or other similar account associated with the social media account used to enter. Attempts to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void all such entries and may result in disqualification. |

4. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds depend on the number of eligible Entries received, regardless of entry method. |

5. SELECTION OF PRIZE WINNERS: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner and two (2) potential First Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about June 17 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of the Administrator, an independent organization. The potential winners will be notified by email (for entrants who submitted a mail in entry) or via direct message to the Instagram account used to enter (for entrants who entered via Instagram) on or about June 17, 2026. Entrants are responsible for checking their email inboxes (including spam/junk folders) and/or their Instagram direct messages, account settings, notifications, and message requests. If an Instagram entrant’s account settings prevent the Sponsor or Administrator from sending a direct message, or if the entrant does not respond within the required timeframe, the entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) days of the date it is sent. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture and disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner, time permitting and at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Decisions of the Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, and prize fulfillment, are final, unappealable, and binding. |

6. PRIZES: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER will receive one (1) new Sony BRAVIA TV 75" model _____________ (ERV $3,899.99). TWO (2) FIRST PRIZE WINNERS will each receive one (1) new Sony BRAVIA TV 65" model __________________ (ERV $1,999.99). Total Estimated Retail Value “ERV” of all Prizes: $7,899.97 Winners shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes due as a result of receipt of prize. Prizes may not be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part thereof, with another of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prize is subject to manufacturer’s limited warranty accompanying the product. |

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize Winner and the First Prize Winners will be required to complete, sign, and return a Declaration of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within five (5) days of the date the notification email is sent. If the potential winner fails to return all required documents within the specified timeframe, is deemed ineligible, declines the prize, or if the notification or prize is undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. If, after a good faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver the prize, the prize will not be awarded. In the event of forfeiture, Sponsor may, time permitting and at its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential winner. If, after a good faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver the prize, the prize will not be awarded. By participating, entrants acknowledge that Sony Electronics Inc. may collect and use personal information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes in accordance with its privacy policy available at https://electronics.sony.com/privacy-policy#DataPractices. |

8. SUBMISSIONS: Submissions: (i) may not have been commercially available; (ii) may not have won or have been previously submitted to Sony or to any other Sweepstakes, including third party Sweepstakes; (iii) must be the exclusive original work of the entrant and made for this Sweepstakes; (iv) may not be inappropriate, offensive, libelous or defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, unlawful or plagiarized, as determined by Sony in its sole discretion; (v) must not be harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, profane, obscene, excessively violent, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way, as determined by Sony in its sole discretion; (vi) may not violate or encourage others to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (vii) may not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon any person’s personal or property rights or any other third party rights; (viii) may not contain commercial or corporate advertising, including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names and slogans, other than those relating to Sony or Bravia; (ix) may not include any website URLs, viruses, worms, corrupt files, Trojan horses, or other forms of corruptive code or content that may harm or compromise the proper conduct of this Sweepstakes; (x) may not use any watermarks or distinguishing artist marks (such as signatures); (xi) must be in the English language or accompanied with an English translation of the audio or visual text; and (xii) if found to be in violation of these Official Rules will be disqualified from this Sweepstakes. By making a Submission, entrant represents that (i) entrant has the unrestricted right to submit the entry; (ii) all persons whose name, or likeness appears in the Submission (“Entry Participants”) have unconditionally consented, in writing, the right to their name or likeness in the entry and unconditionally granted entrant, in writing, the right to submit the entry subject to these Official Rules, a copy of such writing will be furnished to Sony upon request; and (iii) the entry does not infringe upon any third party’s proprietary or other rights. No damaged, incomplete, forged or appropriated entries will be accepted. All Submissions mailed in to the Sweepstakes become property of Sony. 9. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Entrants in the Sweepstakes agree to release and hold Sponsor, Administrator and their respective parent entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any companies who are promotional participants or prize providers, and Web masters and Web supplies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) harmless against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes related activity, or for any printing, production, typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize. Except where legally prohibited, by accepting a prize, winner grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use winner’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. CALIFORNIA RESIDENT, ENTRANT WAIVES CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH STATES: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY” (OR ANY EQUIVALENT STATUTORY PROVISION WITH A SIMILAR IMPORT OR INTENT). 10. LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, destroyed, inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, unintelligible, non-delivered, misdirected, stolen entries; or for incomplete, inaccurate, lost, interrupted or unavailable network, satellite, telephone networks or lines, cellular towers or equipment (including handsets), computer online systems, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs, servers or providers, or other connections, availability or accessibility; or for unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; or miscommunications, failed computer, telephone, cellular, satellite, or cable transmissions, lines or other technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors of any kind, whether human, technical, mechanical, electronic or network, including, without limitation, any errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified (and all associated entries will be void), and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such entrant’s eligibility to participate in this or any other promotion offered by Sponsor. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes, and select winners for the corresponding Entry Period drawing from all non-suspect, eligible entries received for such drawing prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Without limiting the release provided above, and for greater certainty, Released Parties will not be liable for (a) any incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by wireless device users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (c) any problems with or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs; (d) any failure of any message to be received by or from Sponsor for any reason including but not limited to traffic congestion on the Internet or wireless waves or at any Web site or combination thereof; or (e) damage to a participant’s or other person’s system or equipment occasioned by participation in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding prize claims or entries received from multiple users having the same billing address, telephone number or e-mail, the authorized subscriber of such e-mail account used at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. |

11. GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law. All suits or claims brought in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a state or federal court in San Diego, California. |

12. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. For New Jersey residents: Nothing herein prohibits recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where required by statute. |
